Jake Longstreth
Jake is Sandy’s son and has recently joined the team as her new business partner. For the last five years Jake has worked in photography and video production. His profound understanding of design and his keen eye for detail translates into all the work he does, including real estate. Having been born and raised in Santa Barabara, Jake has a lot of knowledge about and understanding of the city that he uses to help inform both buyers and sellers.

Nicole Patterson
Nicole is the creative head of Sandy’s team. She handles all of the digital and print ads for the team and also develops the higher level design aesthetics. She has a degree in communications from UCSB with an emphasis in marketing. She also has her own real estate license, which proves to be an invaluable combination when building out the marketing strategy behind Sandy’s work. Nicole has been close with Sandy and her kids for almost two decades and feels as much a part of this family as she does a part of the professional team.
